Please join us at Urban Growler Brewing on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM for a networking social hosted by the Minnesota Section of the American Institute of Professional Geologists (AIPG MN Section)!
Appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks are on us!* This social is open to all geoscience professionals and students. As we continue our monthly technical talks online, we will host regular social events for the purpose of networking. Please join us and share your current work, accomplishments, open position information, etc. We all learn more when we share our knowledge, and many of us have landed a job through an AIPG connection. We encourage early career professionals and students to attend and get to know people in the geoscience community.
We have the Wedge area on the main floor of Urban Growler Brewing reserved. Join us for some great conversations! Registration is appreciated, but not required. We look forward to seeing you there!
Free parking, lots of bike racks, several bus routes, and the Green Line light rail have convenient stops nearby. Please visit www.urbangrowlerbrewing.com for information on the venue.
*We're able to accommodate most dietary restrictions. If the pre-ordered food doesn't meet your restriction(s), please find one of the AIPG MN Section Officers (we'll have name tags) and we'll put in an appropriate order. There are several non-alcoholic drinks available (kombucha, soda, lemonade, etc.).
Bus routes & light rail options include
- Bus lines 63, 67, & 87 run nearby. The 87 runs on Raymond Ave & has the closest stop (~½ mile)
- The Green Line runs on University Avenue & the Raymond Avenue Station is about 1 mile away
